  14.      This file contains information for shareware vendors, user groups, or
  15.      BBS's distributing our software. Shareware distributors play a vital role
  16.      in marketing products such as ours, and we thank you in advance for your
  17.      interest in our software.
  18.  
  19.      Anyone wishing to charge people a fee for giving then a copy of the dwm
  20.      software package must have the written authorization of Gregorian
  21.      Programmers Guild, without which, the distributor is guilty of copyright
  22.      violation. To receive our authorization, send in this completed
  23.      application, along with your software library's order form, to the adress
  24.      listed below. Applicants must include a cheque or money order for $7.00
  25.      (U.S. funds), made payable to Gregorian Programmers Guild, sent to the
  26.      above address. The fee covers the cost of processing the application and
  27.      mailing you a copy of the latest version of dwm.

  29.      Distributor copies will be stamped with a control string, which will be
  30.      the name of their organization, or a code provided by GPG.
  31.  
  32.      Distributors already approved by the Association of Shareware
  33.      Professionals (ASP) do not require advance permission to include our
  34.      software in their libraries. We do encourage ASP vendor members to
  35.      register with us as distributors, and aquire a distribution copy stamped
  36.      with their name, as it helps us know where registrations are coming from.

  38.      Distributor copies will be sent on 3.5" diskettes. If you have internet
  39.      access, you may wish to contact us to arrange for downloading a
  40.      personalized distributors copy via anonymous ftp to our server.

  80.      DISTRIBUTION TERMS FOR SHAREWARE VENDORS:

  82.      1. The fee charged for copies of the dwm package may not exceed $10.00 US
  83.         including postage, mailer and any other charges.
  84.  
  85.      2. Your library's catalog or listing must state that shareware programs
  86.         are not free, but are copyrighted software that are available to allow
  87.         a user trial use before purchase, to evaluate whether or not the
  88.         software suits the users needs. It must explain the shareware concept,
  89.         the requirement that users register the products they use, and that
  90.         the fee charged is only a coyping fee, not payment for the product.
  91.  
  92.      3. The offering and sale of the dwm software package will be stopped at
  93.         any time Gregorian Programmers Guild so requests.
  94.  
  95.      4. Copies must be made from the copy of the dwm software package sent to
  96.         you with your distributors licence. This is required for control
  97.         purposes.
  98.  
  99.      5. Problems or complaints about the software will be reported to
  100.         Gregorian Programmers Guild for investigation. In return for a license
  101.         to charge a fee for the distribution of the dwm software package, I
  102.         agree to comply with the above terms of distribution.
